- 1 underground parking space per flat - additional parking spaces at the house

- 5x per week relaxing in our sauna area in the "Alpenresidenz am Mühlbach" - access from 15 years (only open in winter)
- Flat screen TV in all bedrooms & living kitchens
- Non-smoking rooms in the entire house (smoking permitted on the balcony, of course)
- Children's playground & sandpit in summer for our little guests
- Heated ski and boot depot for your equipment
- 10% Voucher for ski rental at "Scheiber Sport" - even 15% for online reservation
- Toasters, filter coffee machines (incl. filter) and milk frothers are also available free of charge at our reception - while stocks last.

"All around" we take care of you with many little conveniences and attentions such as original Nespresso coffee machines in the flats, coffee capsules organised by the house, bread roll service on request, dishwasher tabs, bathrobes at the reception, photocopying service, telephone services, restaurant reservations and much more.
